Our Mission - Professional Procurement Support
McTender stands for professional procurement support services to public sectors, donors, private companies and NGOs in relation to donor-funded projects.
Since its founding in 2019, McTender has been working for and with clients in more than 25 countries throughout Central, South and Southeast Asia, Europe, South Africa and the MENA Region with focus on operational procurement in sectors such as Water Supply, Wastewater Treatment, Irrigation, Waste Treatment esp. Marine Plastic Waste, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments and Management, Health, Vocational Education, Digitalization esp. Blockchain, and Finance esp. Microfinance, as well as Result- and Policy-Based Lending.
We provide independent Tender Management and Sourcing Agent Services which involve strategic consulting on appropriate tender procedures as well as operational procurement expertise. On behalf of our clients we carry out the entire procurement process from preparation of tender specific documents incl. technical specifications and contract templates, to tender evaluations and contract award recommendations – based on international best practice and the highest standards of ethics and transparency. We are adaptable to work in full compliance to specific donor guidelines or public-sector procurement regulations and national law, whichever is required by our clients.
