Project Background: Gavi has the ambition to immunise every child on earth by 2030. To achieve this aim Gavi needs to adopt and accelerate the use of innovative technology to reach the last child and has identified four strategic focus areas (data, supply chain, demand creation, and financial and programmatic sustainability) where Gavi partners with
governments and the private sector to invest in innovation.
The project investigates the application of TruBudget - a blockchain application that could successfully address the challanges Gavi frequently faces in its global immunisation campaign.

We carried out a one-stage - two-envelope - limited competitive bidding procedure with quality and cost-based selection for the procurement of the Feasibility Study Consultant for a Blockchain application
which included the following services:
- development of bidding documents,
- evaluation of proposals and contract award proposal,
- contract negotations and contract closure.
