We carried out a two-stage - two-envelope - national competitive bidding procedure for the procurement of building construction works for the construction of the SME Center of Competence and Excellence which included the following services:
- development of technical specifications,
- development of bidding documents,
- evaluation of expressions of interest and shortlisting,
- evaluation of proposals and contract award proposal,
- contract negotations and contract closure.

Furthermore, we performed the role of the contract administrator of the FIDIC Yellow Book Contract and made sure that contracting requirements were met by the local contractor:
- timely provision of advance payment and performance guarantees,
- observance of deadlines,
- observance of ESHS and OHS requirements,
- observance of reporting requirements,
- observance of deadlines,
- check and approval of contractor invoices,
- claim management.
