Project Background: The IPDF is a Policy Based Loan (PBL) cofinanced by ADB and KfW to support the Government of Indonesia in establishing policy actions addressed at the reduction of marine plastic pollution. The main objective of the consulting services are the production of an ambitious, feasible and coherent version of the Policy Matrix, along with a precise definition of the content of the specific TA supporting the implementation of the reforms by each concerned Ministry.

Our Services: Tender Agent / Procurement Expert for the procurement of the Consulting Services for a marine plastic wastes Feasibility Study.

We carried out a one-stage - two-envelope - limited competitive bidding procedure with quality and cost-based selection for the procurement of above mentioned consulting services under the Indonesia Policy Dialogue Fund which included the following services:
- development of bidding documents,
- evaluation of proposals and contract award proposal,
- contract negotations and contract closure.
