Project Background: The goal of the program was to promote the digitalization of MSME in the Western Balkans in order to contribute to growth and employment throughout the region.
The main objective of the assignment was to identify the needs of MSME in the Western Balkans regarding digitalization and to propose concrete project approaches for KfW. In addition, the feasibility of possible programs to a) advise and train MSME in the field of digitalization and / or b) finance digitalization measures were evaluated.

We carried out a one-stage - two-envelope - limited competitive bidding procedure with quality and cost-based selection for the procurement of the Consulting Services for an identification / scoping study for the KfW funded Digitalization Project
which included the following services:
- development of bidding documents,
- evaluation of proposals and contract award proposal,
- contract negotations and contract closure.
