Project Background: The project aims to facilitate soft loans through so-called Participatory Financial Institutions to qualified RMG companies for safety retrofits (fire, electricity & building structure) by implementing the Corrective Action Plans as well as Environmental & Social upgrades.

We carried out a two-stage - two-envelope - international competitive bidding procedure with quality and cost-based selection for the procurement of Consulting Services for the Customized Services to RMGs and PFIs which included the following services:
- development of bidding documents,
- evaluation of expressions of interest and shortlisting,
- evaluation of proposals and contract award proposal,
- contract negotations and contract closure.
