We carried out a one-stage - two-envelope - limited competitive bidding procedure with quality and cost-based selection for the procurement of the Consulting Services for Project Identification for interlinked FC and TC projects in the TVET sector in Mozambique
which included the following services:
- development of bidding documents,
- evaluation of proposals and contract award proposal,
- contract negotations and contract closure.
