We carried out three one-stage - two-envelope - national competitive bidding procedures for the procurement of building construction and rehabilitation works for the construction and rehabilitation of three VET centers in Tunisia which included the following services:
- development of specifications and BoQ,
- development of bidding documents,
- evaluation of expressions of interest and shortlisting,
- evaluation of proposals and contract award proposal,
- contract negotations and contract closure.

Furthermore, we performed the role of the contract administrator of the FIDIC Pink Book Contracts and made sure that contracting requirements were met by local contractors:
- provision of advance payment and performance guarantees,
- observance of deadlines,
- observance of ESHS and OHS requirements,
- observance of reporting requirements,
- observance of deadlines,
- check and approval of contractor invoices,
- claim management.
